The LM35DZ is a precision temperature sensor IC with an output voltage linearly proportional to the Centigrade temperature. LM35DZ Temperature Sensor is a low-cost, low-power, and high-precision temperature sensor that is commonly use in a variety of applications

The LM35DZ Temperature Sensor is a very easy sensor to use. Temperature Sensor LM35 can connect to a microcontroller or other device using a simple voltage divider circuit. The output voltage of the LM35 can then be read by the microcontroller or other device and converted to a temperature reading. The LM35 is a versatile and easy-to-use temperature sensor that is ideal for a wide range of applications.

The typical accuracy of the LM35 is ±¼°C at room temperature and ±¾°C over a full −55°C to 150°C temperature range. This means that for most applications, the LM35 will be accurate enough without the need for any additional calibration.

The LM35DZ 52AB is a very low-power temperature sensor that draws only 60 μA from the supply. This means that the LM35 has very low self-heating, which is the amount of heat that the sensor itself generates. The self-heating of the LM35 is less than 0.1°C in still air, which means that it has a very small impact on the measured temperature.

The LM35DZ temperature sensor has a linear output voltage that is proportional to the temperature. The output voltage is 10 mV per degree Celsius. The Analog Temperature Sensor LM35 rated to operate over a −55°C to 150°C temperature range.

The LM35DZ temperature sensor works on the principle of a diode-connected transistor. The base-emitter voltage of a diode-connected transistor decreases at a known rate as the temperature increases. The LM35DZ has been calibrated so that the output voltage is directly proportional to the base-emitter voltage of the diode-connected transistor.

LM35DZ Precision Centigrade Temperature Sensor Pin Description : –

The LM35 temperature sensor IC is a great choice for a wide range of temperature sensing applications. Temperature Sensor IC LM35DZ 52AB is easy to use and accurate, making it a popular choice for hobbyists and professionals alike. The output voltage of the LM35DZ is typically between 0 V and 1 V, with a full-scale range of −55°C to 150°C. The output voltage is also affected by the supply voltage, so it is important to use a regulated supply voltage when using the LM35DZ. The LM35 temperature sensor has three pins:

  • VCC: The VCC pin is the supply voltage pin. The LM35 can operate with a supply voltage of 4.5 V to 13 V.
  • GND: The GND pin is the ground pin. The LM35 must connect to ground in order to operate.
  • VOUT: The VOUT pin is the output pin. The output voltage of the LM35 is linearly proportional to the temperature, with a slope of 10 mV per degree Celsius. This means that for every 1°C increase in temperature, the output voltage will increase by 10 mV.
