74LS37N designed as a high-speed Quad 2-Input Positive NAND Buffer IC fabricated in low power schotkey technology. it works with CMOS, NMOS, and TTL directly. The IC’s output is always in TTL, making it simple to interface with other TTL devices and microcontrollers.
